We highly recommend Ohio Broker Direct and their program: it saved us $9,000 just by paying the flat fee of $800 instead of the 3% commission of a $325,000 house. We did some work by presenting the house ourselves but it’s really not that hard as people think, especially in a Seller’s market like we have now. The $800 is well worth it as it gave us access to MLS as well as having exceptional consulting service during the selling process. One special note for Joan: she went above and beyond the contract duty when our buyer was left in the dust by his lender with a few days before closing. Ohio Broker Direct found him a new lender in a matter of days and we were able to close the sale eventually. I would absolutely use Ohio Broker Direct program any time for future house selling or buying.

We had a “for sale by owner” sign out by a very busy street pointing to our house for a week before our house was listed on the MLS website by you.
